These kind of dolls are fun.
I had lots of "Details" plans, patches and loose threads, frills and diamonds ;D She got knit/purl patches on one side and some pearls on the other. You should have a look on Ravelry at some of the proper ones.
Aw your topsy turvy Cinderella doll looks way better than my lame attempt! Mine still has no face coz I can't sew, and her arm has fallen off. Poor Cinders.
